Salon Policies

  • Our pricing reflects starting rates and varies based on stylist demand and experience. We operate on a tiered pricing system, with rates increasing as stylists advance in skill and expertise. Chemical services are priced as Labor + Product, with product measured by the gram to ensure precise and fair charging based on your individual needs.

  • All cancellations and reschedule requests must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Any changes within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a cancellation fee. A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments.

  • At Mercer Hair Studio, all services are non-refundable. Once a service has been performed, we do not offer refunds on any hair services, including but not limited to cuts, color, chemical services, treatments, and styling.

    Our goal is for every guest to leave happy and confident. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 72 hours of your original appointment. We will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment with the original service provider, if deemed appropriate.

    No adjustments or corrections will be offered if:

    • Another salon or stylist has altered the work

    • More than 72 hours have passed since the original appointment

    • The concern is related to personal preference after the service was approved at checkout

    • Proper aftercare instructions were not followed

    By booking an appointment and receiving services at Mercer Hair Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
